Willy is designed to work entirely offline. The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no servers, and no third-party analytics or advertising services integrated into the App.

Willy does not collect any personal or sensitive user data. Specifically, the App does not:

• Require account creation or login
• Collect your name, email address, or contact information
• Access your location
• Access your contacts, photos, files, or other personal content
• Use analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs
• Transmit any data to external servers, because the App has no backend

All settings you configure within the App — such as your chosen reminder interval, active hours, and preferences — are stored locally on your device only. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

2. Permissions the App Requests

• Notifications — to display the gentle breathing reminders you have scheduled.
• Exact alarms / scheduling — to ensure reminders arrive at the precise interval you have chosen.
• Boot completed — to restore your scheduled reminders after your device restarts.

These permissions are used solely to deliver the App's core reminder functionality. None of them result in the collection or transmission of personal data.

3. Smartwatch Notifications

If your phone is paired with a smartwatch, your device's operating system may mirror Willy's notifications to your watch automatically. This is a standard feature of your phone's operating system and is not controlled or facilitated by Willy directly.

4. In-App Purchases

Willy offers a one-time purchase to unlock additional features, processed entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not receive, store, or process your payment information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the App does not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no data for us to retain or delete on your behalf. Locally stored settings can be removed at any time by uninstalling the App.

6. Children's Privacy

Willy does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because the App does not collect personal data from any user.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
