You should not rely on Willy as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Terss Globe d.o.o. expressly disclaims all liability for any health-related consequences arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content.

Subject to these Terms, Terss Globe d.o.o. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal device for your own non-commercial purposes.

Willy offers a one-time purchase to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Terss Globe d.o.o. does not process, store, or have access to your payment information.
All purchases are final. Refund requests are subject to the policies of the relevant platform (Google Play or Apple App Store).
All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Terss Globe d.o.o. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Terss Globe d.o.o. does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terss Globe d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zagreb, Croatia.
